Follow these guide lines and discover a new way to healthy living.

5. Eating frequently, throughout the day, is a winning strategy.

6. Physical activity is important for both better health and effective weight control.

7. Perfection is a rocky road that leads to failure. Have a forgiving mindset.

8. We cannot successfully manage performance we cannot measure.
