Starting Over in 2012

This is the time of year people “start over”.  A new attitude, start an exercise program, learn how to cook, finish that book they started, START A DIET.

I should have put that at the start of the list.  At the beginning or the end, it is more than likely the first to “drop off the list”.

Have you ever wondered why that happens?  People know they should lose weight, they’re clothes don’t fit, they’re uncomfortable, some don’t want to leave the house, some only look in a mirror from the neck up.

Television, radio, newspapers, magazines, the world is full of “Helpful Ideas/Programs” that “guarantee you will lose weight”. 

Why are we a nation of overweight people?
